My Name is Summy
Born and raised In Haiti I now reside in the states.
I like to think as myself as such: I have the soul of a gypsy, heart of a hippie and the spirit of a fairy.
I am a franc Ginen, a nature lover, a dog mom an overall nurturer. I am a firm believer in truth and honesty. My most developed chakra is the throat.
My connection with my ancestors and the invisible realm started when I was 10 y/o my brother had just passed away and I found comfort in this in between reality that allowed me to communicate with him and other souls. At the time I was not aware that it was my third eye developing and it partly frightened me.
This spiritual journey of mine officially started around February 2018 when I met my spiritual mother and joined lakumetresla.
I am a reservations supervisor coordinator at a very popular and worldwide Japanese restaurant and although I attended college for a Biology Degree, the hospitality industry is truly where I thrive.
I aspire to educate people about vodou, teach them about our roots, our ancestors our culture and held demystify the whole myth about what vodou is really about. I want to show that manbo and hougan are light workers. I want to help my country reconnect with the ancestors, therefore bettering our way of life.
